All cookies are decorated by hand and are subject to some imperfections or discrepancies with color, shape and overall outcome. It is highly recommended that reference images and layouts be sent to us beforehand to serve as additional guide. 💕If able, a full layout provided by the customer is always encouraged.
Cancelation of all custom orders (Bars, Cakes, Decorated Cookies, Cookie Pizzas) must be made by 6pm, 2 days before the requested date. Any cancelation made beyond that cut-off may opt not to receive the order but forfeit their payment in full.
